Implants

Dental implants are another alternative for a single tooth replacement. They consist of two parts, the implant and the crown. The implant is a biocompatible material that is surgically placed in your gums, acting as the “root” for your fake tooth. Your gums will heal around the implant, solidifying its structure and becoming extremely solid.

Once the implant heals, we’ll install a customized crown on it. The crown is the tooth part that you’ll see and chew with, and will be designed to fit in with your natural teeth. The result will be a natural looking and feeling smile! Dental implants are a permanent solution and when taken care of properly can last for up to 20 years. After a while you’ll forget that it’s even there!
